Natalie Crampton is the Founder of TEC, a global events agency operating across five continents. For over two decades, she and her team at TEC have been creating extraordinary experiences around the world, delivering brand-defining events for clients including HSBC, Bloomberg, Meta, DHL and Emirates, as well as governments and luxury brands.
Based in the UAE for more than 20 years and a Golden Visa holder, Natalie also resides in Saudi Arabia, actively contributing to the region’s incredible transformation. Behind the scenes, she is a proud single mother raising twin boys.
A trained presenter, Natalie regularly appears on Dubai Eye 103.8, providing insights on the events industry and the evolving landscape of the region. She hosts the Gulf for Good podcast and is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences including IMEX, IBTM and SITE events. She also lectures at Dubai College of Tourism and has shared her expertise in classrooms and lecture halls around the world.
Natalie is deeply passionate about sustainability in events, empowering the next generation, and ensuring the industry leaves a lasting legacy beyond the meeting room. In addition to producing live events, she consults for leading architecture firms, advising on event space design, flow, functionality and the guest experience to ensure venues fully support exceptional events from blueprint to opening day.

Natalie Crampton is the Founder of TEC, a global events agency operating across five continents. With over 20 years of experience, she has delivered exceptional experiences for clients including HSBC, Meta, DHL, Audi, and Bloomberg.
A respected speaker and educator, Natalie lectures at Dubai College of Tourism, is a regular guest on Dubai Eye 103.8 and serves on the board of SITE Arabia.
She is passionate about social impact and has launched charitable initiatives including a sewing school and library in Ghana, as well as skills training programs in Asia. Natalie is also the host of the Gulf for Good podcast, where she interviews adventurers and changemakers from around the world. Her work blends innovation, sustainability, and purpose - always with a human touch.

As Vice Chairwoman of Gulf for Good, a UAE-based charity under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Natalie leads initiatives that raise funds through adventure challenges to support education for children across the globe. Gulf for Good’s mission is to empower people to change their lives and the lives of children around the world through adventure challenges, volunteering, and sustainable community projects. She also hosts the Gulf for Good podcast, which amplifies the voices of global changemakers, adventurers, and charities.
Personal Projects
In addition to her work with Gulf for Good, Natalie reinvests profits from TEC into the company’s own charitable projects, supporting education and community development worldwide.
