ABOUT
Hi, I’m Natalie.
With my team at TEC, I’ve spent the last two decades creating extraordinary experiences around the world. As the founder of TEC, a global events agency with operations across five continents, I’ve led teams to deliver brand-defining events for Fortune 500 companies, governments, and luxury brands.
But behind the lights and stages, I’m also a single mother, proudly and single-handedly raising twin boys. I’m a long-term resident of the UAE — a place I’ve called home for over 20 years — and I hold a Golden Visa. I also split my time with Saudi Arabia, where I’m proud to be a resident and part of the region’s incredible transformation.
Whether I’m lecturing at Dubai College of Tourism, speaking regularly on Dubai Eye 103.8, hosting the Gulf for Good podcast, or climbing Kilimanjaro for charity, my motivation is always the same: to uplift and inspire.
I’m committed to sustainability in events, empowering the next generation, and ensuring our industry leaves a legacy far beyond the meeting room.
Most recently, I’ve been advising an international architecture firm on how to design event spaces that work — practically, logistically, and experientially. From flow to functionality, I bring the lens of a producer to the blueprints. I’d love to collaborate more in this space, helping shape venues that truly support exceptional events.
